Job description

You’ll play a key role in defining solution architecture, mentoring development teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic and regulatory requirements across multiple customer-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions for web and mobile payment platforms.
• Select and implement technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with business objectives.
• Lead development teams through the full software lifecycle — from concept and design to delivery and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards (e.g. PCI‑DSS, GDPR).
• Collaborate with product, UX, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Oversee integration with APIs, payment gateways, and third‑party services.
• Partner with DevOps and cloud engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS or equivalent).
• Monitor and enhance system performance, availability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record in building and deploying consumer‑facing or payment‑related applications.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Strong backend development expertise (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and security protocols.
• Experienced with leading and mentoring a team
