Job summary

NOVAGATE CLOUD PTE. LTD. seeks two proactive Supply Chain Executives based in Singapore to streamline procurement and supplier coordination for technology infrastructure projects.

You will work with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to keep purchasing organised and ensure timely follow-up on orders and requirements. Experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, order management or operations support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and compare pricing, specs, lead times, terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Follow up on order confirmations, stock, delivery schedules and outstanding items.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and project teams.
• Maintain purchasing trackers and supplier databases.
