Job summary

NOVAGATE CLOUD PTE. LTD. seeks two proactive Supply Chain Executives based in Singapore to streamline procurement and supplier coordination for technology infrastructure projects.

You will work with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to keep purchasing organised and ensure timely follow-up on orders and requirements. Experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred, with strong organization and communication skills.

Job description

NOVAGATE CLOUD PTE. LTD. is looking for two proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executives to support procurement, supplier coordination and delivery tracking for its technology infrastructure projects.

Based in Singapore, you will work with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to keep purchasing activities organised and ensure timely follow-up on orders and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and compare pricing, specifications, lead times and commercial terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in accordance with internal approval procedures.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, stock availability, delivery schedules and outstanding items.
• Coordinate shipment and delivery arrangements with suppliers, freight forwarders and project teams.
• Maintain purchasing trackers, supplier databases and relevant shipping and delivery documentation.
• Liaise with finance on invoice verification, supporting documents and payment status.
• Assist with delivery discrepancies, returns, replacements and warranty-related follow-up.
• Prepare regular updates on purchasing progress, delivery risks and outstanding actions.
• Support improvements to procurement workflows, record keeping and supplier coordination.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, order management or operations support is preferred.
• Candidates with transferable skills from administration, customer coordination or project support are welcome to apply.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a reliable approach to following up on tasks.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate professionally with suppliers and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard office productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalation issues promptly.
• Exposure to IT hardware, servers, networking equipment or data centre-related procurement would be an advantage, but is not essential.
• Academic qualifications and the extent of directly relevant experience may be considered flexibly for candidates who demonstrate strong practical ability and transferable skills.
