Job summary

Abaxx Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Technology Governance Analyst / Senior Analyst to support governance and risk management across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will work with Technology, Compliance, Audit teams to maintain frameworks, track risks, support audits, and report on governance metrics, while driving continuous improvement and awareness across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in technology governance, risk management or IT audit.
• Hands-on experience with IT change management and governance tools.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations on technology risk and cyber security.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 / SOC2 is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and enhancement of technology governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist policy reviews to align with regulatory and business requirements.
• Track governance obligations and manage policy exceptions.
• Facilitate policy attestation and awareness across technology functions.
• Support technology risk assessments and control reviews.
• Monitor technology risks, issues and remediation actions.
• Coordinate evidence collection for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Prepare governance reports and MI for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Audit teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and tools.
