Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in application support, technology operations, or software development within financial services or capital markets.
• Experience in futures trading industry and with FCMs, brokerages, exchanges or clearing firms is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting electronic trading, order management, market connectivity, or post-trade systems is desirable.
• Strong understanding of FIX Protocol, exchange connectivity, order routing workflows, and clearing processes.
• Scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Shell Script, or similar to streamline ops and testing.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices and operational controls.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project and related platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities with institutional clients and vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, proactive and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute client technology onboarding and integration programs for institutional clients and partners.
• Own stability, resilience, and governance of external connectivity infrastructure supporting electronic trading and HFT operations.
• Drive data analytics and reporting initiatives for data-driven decisions, oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic clients on onboarding, integration, performance, and service optimization.
• Manage strategic technology vendor and partner relationships, ensuring service quality and risk management.
• Champion operational excellence to improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and service delivery.
• Govern enterprise identity and access management processes per security standards and audit controls.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical, operational, and management docs for governance and decisions.
