Job summary

Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Security GRC Analyst to strengthen governance, risk management and compliance across our IT security program. You will help protect regulatory requirements and ensure robust security controls in a banking technology environment.

The role covers policy development, risk assessments, audits, third-party risk, and security awareness training for staff across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security governance, risk, or compliance management within financial services.
• Solid understanding of MAS TRM, MAS Cyber Hygiene, and related guidelines.
• Experience with regulatory audits and third-party risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and standards aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with MAS TRMG, MAS Cyber Hygiene, and related guidelines.
• Assist internal audits and security assessments to identify gaps and actions.
• Support third-party risk assessments and vendor security compliance.
• Develop security awareness training programs for employees.
