Job summary

Abaxx Exchange is seeking a Technology Governance Analyst/Senior Analyst to join the Technology Governance team in Singapore. You will support governance, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance across the organization, coordinating with Compliance and Internal & External Audit teams to ensure timely remediation and reporting.

The role offers exposure to policy management, incident tracking, and governance tooling, with opportunities to advance in a regulated financial market infrastructure

Qualifications

• Min 2 years in Technology Governance, IT Risk or Audit
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, policies and controls
• Experience with regulatory requirements and audits
• Ability to coordinate across Tech, Compliance and Audit teams

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and enhancement of Technology Governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in policy reviews to align with regulatory and business needs.
• Track governance obligations and manage policy exceptions.
• Coordinate evidence for regulatory reviews, audits and assessments.
• Prepare governance reports and MI for stakeholders.
• Support risk assessments, issue tracking and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Business and Audit teams.
