Job summary

ABAXX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Technology Governance Analyst to support governance and oversight across the organization. The role focuses on regulatory alignment, internal policies, and industry best practices within a highly regulated environment.

You will assist in policy maintenance, risk assessments, and audit support while coordinating with Technology, Compliance, and Audit teams. A proactive mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technology governance or risk management.
• Experience IT change management with tooling.
• Knowledge of vulnerability governance and remediation.
• Understanding of IT governance frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance technology governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Update policies to align with regulatory and business needs.
• Track governance obligations and policy exceptions.
• Coordinate policy attestation and awareness across tech functions.
• Support tech risk assessments and control reviews.
• Monitor technology risks, issues, and remediation actions.
• Assist regulatory responses and documentary evidence for audits.
• Prepare governance reports and MI for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Audit teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance processes.
