Job summary

CTC Global Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery governance of a large-scale data centre infrastructure project in Singapore. The role requires coordinating multiple vendors, ensuring schedule integrity, risk management, and successful commissioning.

You will work with cross-functional teams including network, security, and facilities, reporting to the Project Director and maintaining transparent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical project management experience in infrastructure projects (network/security/systems).
• PgMP and PMP certifications; PRINCE2 Practitioner is a plus.
• Proven experience on large-scale Data Centre new build/migration/upgrade programmes.
• Experience with enterprise or government customers in governed environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of data centre networks, core switching/routing/firewalls, and rack deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, risk mitigation and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery governance across multiple vendors and workstreams.
• Baseline and monitor integrated project schedules; manage risks and milestones.
• Establish weekly governance cadence and executive reporting.
• Ensure deliverables meet safety, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cutover, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Report to Project Director and customer leadership; escalate issues.
