Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline; experience in social work youth/family or change management is a plus.
• Proficient data management skills; strong Excel and Word use.
• Keen interest in leveraging tech and data; strong organizational and engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop next generation system for holistic family services delivery; pilot tech and AI tools with providers; study ops data workflows and generate insights.
• Build capabilities of service providers; develop competency frameworks and manpower strategies.
• Implement engagement and change-management platforms; handle event logistics.
