Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte. Ltd. seeks a role focused on data, technology and systems development to advance holistic family services. You will pilot AI tools with service providers, study data workflows and generate actionable ops data for multiple divisions.

The position also supports capability-building initiatives and competency frameworks to assist service providers across sub-sectors, plus engagement platforms and event logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; preferably experience in social work in youth, family or protection settings and/or experience in change management for tech adoption and system development.
• Good data management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Keen interest to leverage tech and data; strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Data, Tech and Systems Development: work with divisions and sector partners to develop the next generation system for holistic family services; pilot tech and AI tools with service providers; study ops data workflows; generate ops data.
• Capability Building: develop and implement initiatives to build capabilities of service providers; develop and implement competency frameworks and manpower strategies to support service providers in sub-sectors.
• Partnership and Engagement: implement engagement and change management platforms; handle event logistics.
