Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology, knowledge on RF GaN or II-V is a plus.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emerging technologies in RF GaN.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their technical roadmaps.
• Identify and build partnerships with foundries and vendors.
• Evaluate business cases for new technologies.
