Job summary

Autoshield Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable leader to head a telesales team for SME General Insurance quotes. You will guide up to 9 executives and managers, coaching performance and ensuring certification compliance.

The role requires supervisory experience in telesales, knowledge of BCP, PGI, CGI and HI products, and a commitment to process and policy adherence. On-site work near Aljunied MRT, Mon-Fri 9am-6:45pm, with 16 days annual leave and company trips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in telesales or related fields.
• Knowledge of BCP, PGI, CGI and HI products is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 9 Executives, Senior Executives and Assistant Managers to achieve outbound telesales targets for SME General Insurance quotes.
• Develop and implement team strategies to maximize outreach and conversion rates in the SME segment.
• Monitor and coach team members to improve telesales skills and customer engagement.
• Ensure all team members obtain and maintain required certifications (BCP, PGI, CGI, HI) within the timeframe.
• Manage daily operations near Aljunied MRT and ensure adherence to 9am–6:45pm schedule.

Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of up to 9 executives and managers to drive outbound telesales targeting SMEs for General Insurance quotes, ensuring team performance and certification compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 9 Executives, Senior Executives, and Assistant Managers to achieve outbound telesales targets for SME General Insurance quotes


• Develop and implement team strategies to maximize outreach and conversion rates in the SME segment


• Monitor and coach team members to improve telesales skills and customer engagement effectiveness


• Ensure all team members obtain and maintain required certifications (BCP, PGI, CGI, HI) within the stipulated timeframe


• Manage daily operations near Aljunied MRT, ensuring adherence to work schedules (Mon-Fri, 9am-6:45pm) and company policies


• Facilitate training and development for candidates without supervisory experience to prepare them for managerial roles


• Maintain compliance with CPF contribution requirements and company leave policies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in telesales or related fields


• Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Personal General Insurance (PGI), Commercial General Insurance (CGI), and Health Insurance (HI) products

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:45pm
