Job summary

Lasertec Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Team Leader (Service) to manage and mentor the service team in delivering on-site and remote technical support for laser and inspection equipment.

You will guide engineers, drive process improvements, and ensure thorough documentation of service activities and customer reports. The role requires a degree in Electronics/Mechatronics (Bachelor's or Master's), experience in semiconductor service, and hands-on skills with lasers and test instruments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in a customer support environment and semiconductor industry (>3 years).
• Proficient with laser, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer and other instruments.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel and Word) skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on-site or remotely.
• Assist with repairs, installations and system upgrades as needed.
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and review manuals and SOPs for machines.
• Monitor team performance and guide engineers on troubleshooting.
• Ensure documentation of service activities and customer reports.

As a subsidiary, Lasertec Singapore supports our customers' needs with maintenance service for the mask inspection machines.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader (Service team) to join our team.

In this role, your responsibilities are to:

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Assist with difficult machine repairs, machine installations and system upgrades when necessary.
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and review Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.
• Monitor team performance.
• Provide guidance and support to Engineers on troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of service activities and customer reports.

This role requires you to:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or science related qualifications.
• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
• Have work experience in a customer support environment.
• Have work experience in a semiconductor industry for more than 3 years.
• Have knowledge in Laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
