Job summary

1ST STOP F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced team leader in Singapore to oversee daily operations and drive performance across the restaurant team. The role focuses on task assignment, shift coordination, coaching, onboarding new hires, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will act as a bridge between upper management and staff, communicating updates and supporting operational reporting to maintain smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Assign daily tasks, coordinate shift schedules, and monitor overall workflow.
• Performance & Coaching: Track employee output, deliver regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Training & Onboarding: Train new hires on job responsibilities, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Problem Solving: Mediate team conflicts, handle escalated customer issues, and address behavioral concerns.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety and health guidelines (such as WSH standards) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communication: Relay updates between upper management and staff, and assist with operational reporting.
