Job summary

You will also train new hires on duties, safety protocols, and company procedures, aiming to maintain efficiency, meet deadlines, and uphold high workplace standards across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve defined performance targets
• Monitor daily operations to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance
• Manage disciplinary actions to uphold workplace standards and policies
• Train new team members on job duties, safety protocols, and company procedures to ensure compliance and readiness
• Act as liaison between management and employees by reporting progress and resolving workplace issues
