Job summary

NTU School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering invites applications for the role of Senior Assistant Manager. The incumbent will provide teaching technical excellence across teaching laboratories and support laboratory users, procurement, asset management, and class delivery.

Experience with Python and Linux is a plus, with familiarity in risk management and ISO 45001. The role requires strong communication, independence, and teamwork within NTU’s School of EEE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an educational institution preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support for all laboratory users.
• Manage Procurement for teaching labs.
• Asset management and maintaining proper records for inventory auditing.
• Support all assigned laboratory teaching classes.
• Familiar with Python and Linux is a plus.
• Experience in risk management, workplace safety and health (i.e. ISO 45001) is a plus.
• Assist the Safety Committee on laboratory safety matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the school.
