Job summary

VALE ESTHETICS (PTE. LTD.) is seeking an experienced TCM Wellness Branch Manager / Customer Experience Consultant in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on sales growth, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across TCM services.

You will lead daily operations, drive performance, recruit and develop staff, and maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and service quality while guiding customer education and engagement.

Qualifications

• Certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or wellness management, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the TCM clinic ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, TCM guidelines, policies and standards.
• Manage clinic inventory including herbal products, acupuncture supplies and treatment materials.
