Job summary
LSN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced TBM Electrician/Electrical Supervisor reporting to the PLC Engineer/ Tunnel M&E Manager. Must read PLC programmes in Siemens Step 7 and have 5+ years on CREG, STEC or Herrenknecht TBMs.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting TBM/ STP PLC interlocks, maintaining LV electrical systems, and supporting operations to minimise downtime. Prior LTA/PUB project experience is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Analysing/reading PLC programmes in Siemens Step 7.
- 5+ years direct TBM electrical experience (CREG, STEC or Herrenknecht).
- Troubleshooting electrical errors on TBM/STP via PLC interlocks.
- Maintenance and general repairs of low voltage electrical equipment and systems.
- Assist staff to minimise TBM downtime.
- Experience with LTA/PUB projects is an added advantage.

Report to the PLC Engineer/ Tunnel M&E Manager
- Possess direct knowledge of analysing/ reading PLC Programme in Siemens Step 7
- Minimum of 5 years direct experience of working on CREG, STEC or Herrenknecht Tunnel Boring Machines as TBM Electrician/ TBM Electrical Supervisor or TBM PLC Electrician
- Trouble shooting of Electrical Errors on the TBM/ STP via Visualisation of the interlocks and required releases in the PLC programme
- Carry out maintenance and general repairs/ rectifications of low voltage electrical equipment and systems
- Assist the Mechanical/ Electrical and Operations Staff to target minimal downtime of the TBM
- BCSS & BCSS-T
- previous LTA / PUB projects experience is an added advantage
