Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a proactive contact-center style professional to support taxpayers with corporate income tax and GST obligations. You will call taxpayers, guide them on filing and payments, and maintain meticulous records.

The role offers training and exposure to a government-linked environment, with office-hours scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to handle confidential information while using MS Office tools

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact taxpayers by phone to remind and assist with Corporate Income Tax and GST filing and payment.
• Provide clear and professional guidance on tax-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions.
• Support administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
