Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Contract Tax Assistant to support our tax operations during peak season. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 days in the office weekly and requires immediate availability.

You will process tax documents, handle inquiries, liaise with tax authorities, and ensure timely submissions while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate holds a degree, has basic knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, and is proficient in Word,

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Good sense of work prioritisation and time management.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with prior outsourcing or large-scale payroll experience an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing and preparation of tax-related documents.
• Handle enquiries and provide administrative support on tax matters.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant tax authorities and boards to obtain required information.
• Ensure timely processing of tax forms and submissions for assigned clients.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure tax forms are generated correctly and efficiently.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Be able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
