Job summary

Entrust Business Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to manage accounting and tax portfolios for a diverse client base. You will prepare accounts, file GST returns, handle payroll, and advise on tax matters to ensure compliance and timely submissions.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and meticulous organization. You will work with a team to deliver high-quality financial services and support ad-hoc assignments as client needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Singapore Income Tax Act and Singapore GST Act and related regulations

Responsibilities

• Prepare full or partial sets of accounts within deadlines to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Submit GST filings punctually to comply with regulatory requirements
• Maintain and administer accounting matters for a diverse portfolio of clients to support their financial operations
• Manage individual and corporate tax client portfolios by meeting client expectations and delivering timely tax services
• Prepare and submit Estimated Chargeable Income for corporate clients to meet filing deadlines
• Prepare and submit Income Tax Returns, including tax return forms and computations, ensuring timely compliance
• Address queries from the Comptroller of Income Tax on behalf of clients to resolve tax issues efficiently
• Advise clients on Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax, and Cross Border Transactions to support informed decision-making
• Execute full payroll functions for clients, including monthly CPF contributions and IR8A tax submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide support for ad-hoc assignments to meet evolving client needs and business demands
