Job summary

Excellence Singapore Group in Singapore seeks an Accounting professional to support tax and GST services for clients across industries. You will assist with compliance, prepare returns, and respond to authorities.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accountancy or finance, 1–3 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive, confidential approach. 5-day work week with ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years relevant experience in a professional services or accounting firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Eager to learn and able to work independently under pressure.
• Positive attitude with initiative and integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support in providing tax compliance services for clients in various industries.
• Prepare clients’ corporate and individual tax returns, including estimated chargeable income filing and withholding tax returns.
• Respond to queries from tax authorities and client portfolio.
• Attend to queries from clients and related matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• GST related tasks: registration/de-registration, filing quarterly returns, relief schemes, IRAS queries, disclosures.
