NES Fircroft is seeking Tank Engineers to support a major Oil & Gas Downstream client in Singapore. The role focuses on executing tank maintenance and capital replacement projects, and coordinating with maintenance, operation, engineering, and construction teams to ensure reliable storage facilities.

You will deliver maintenance programs for a large fleet of tanks and LPG spheres, including fire-fighting infrastructure, while maintaining safe, cost-effective performance across Oil Movement

Responsibilities

• Deliver tank maintenance activities including maintenance capital replacement projects.
• Manage tanks maintenance program per plan, covering infrastructure and related works for 210 storage tanks of various products and 13 LPG storage spheres.
• Oversee fire-fighting facilities on tanks and spheres.
• Ensure the integrated tank maintenance program delivers high service level in a cost-efficient manner.

Job description

Our major Oil & Gas Downstream Client is looking for Tank Engineers who will be responsible for working jointly and in close cooperation with PU maintenance, operation, Engineering, TAC, and technology teams to ensure the integrity, reliability and availability of storage tanks and related facilities in Oil Movements to support the other Production Units in providing feed stock and rundown storages to optimize their GRMs.

The role focuses on the execution of all tank maintenance work including maintenance capital replacement projects and tanks and related infrastructural activities in Oil Movements, working together with a multi-disciplinary team of Maintenance, Turnaround, and Construction staff and contractors in a safe, cost effective, and efficient manner:

• To deliver tank maintenance/project activities relating to maintenance capital replacement projects.


• To deliver tanks maintenance program as per the plan, including all the infrastructure and related works. The scope includes 210 storage tanks of CRUDE, GASOIL, MOGAS, KERO, PCG, FUELOIL, LUBOIL, BITUMEN, SOLVENTS, BUNKERS etc.13 LPG storage spheres


• Fire-fighting facilities on tanks, spheres etc.
