AIR ENERGI GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee regional tank logistics and optimize performance across multiple trade lanes. You will lead end-to-end operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while supporting business growth.

You will coach and develop teams, collaborate with commercial colleagues, and manage budgets and external partners to deliver reliable service and superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience leading tank logistics and intermodal operations.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Track record of driving process improvements and cost efficiency.
• Leadership experience with high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for end-to-end tank logistics operations across multiple lanes.
• Develop and improve processes, controls, and performance standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations teams for accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee planning to ensure optimal equipment use, timely deliveries, and reliability.
• Analyze performance, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements.
• Establish partnerships with service providers and external stakeholders.
• Manage expenditures, vendor performance, and service-related costs to hit budgets.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support growth and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to boost overall performance.
• Lead resolution of complex operational challenges with minimal customer impact.
