Job summary

Western Digital in Singapore is seeking an Early Career Talent Program Manager to implement and optimize our APAC internship and full-time programs. You will partner with global leaders to tailor regional delivery, ensuring high-quality experiences across multiple markets.

Based in Singapore, the role blends program management and enablement, building scalable tools and resources for regional managers, mentors, and interns while traveling as needed to support events and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, early career programs, university recruiting, or talent development.
• Proven experience managing early career programs across APAC, with strong familiarity with APAC markets such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
• Demonstrated experience balancing program execution and enablement, including building tools, frameworks, or scalable processes.
• Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and program effectiveness measurement.
• Experience working cross-functionally with recruiting, HR, learning & development, talent brand, and business stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with comfort engaging both early career audiences and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of internship and full-time early career programs across APAC, including onboarding, orientation, learning sessions, engagement events, and offboarding.
• Manage program logistics including event planning, vendor coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Track participant progress, engagement, and performance in alignment with the global program strategy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for early career hires, interns, and managers across the region.
• Travel to key APAC locations as needed to support in-person program execution and events.
• Deliver engaging programming that fosters belonging, development, and connection.
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and live events.

Job Description

The Early Career Talent Program Manager will play a critical role in executing and enhancing our early career strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, this role partners closely with global program leadership to deliver high-impact internship and full-time early career programs, while tailoring execution to meet regional market needs.

This role blends program management and enablement, requiring a strong operator who can also build scalable frameworks, tools, and resources to empower regional stakeholders. The Program Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of early career programs, including onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding,while enabling consistent, high-quality experiences across countries such as Thailand, Malaysia,Philippines,Singaporeand broader APAC markets.

Success in this role requires strong cross-cultural collaboration, operational rigor, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to translate global strategy into locally relevant execution. This role will requiretravel tosupport program delivery, events, and key milestones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Strategy, Enablement & Regional Alignment

Execute and localize global early career program strategies across APAC, ensuring alignment with regional business needs and workforce planning

Build and continuously improveprogram enablement tools, playbooks, and resourcesto support managers, mentors, and regional stakeholders

Partner withRecruiting, HRBPs, and business leaders across APAC to align hiring, onboarding, and program delivery

Establish scalable frameworks to ensure consistency while allowing for regional customization across countries

Program Execution & Operations

Lead end-to-end delivery ofinternship and full-time early career programsacross APAC, including onboarding, orientation, learning sessions, engagement events, and offboarding

Manage programlogisticsincluding event planning, vendor coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking
