Job summary

TikTok in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR People Partner to support Engineering HRBP teams. You will design and implement people strategies to drive growth, high performance, and engagement across R&D functions.

The role focuses on data-driven HR operations, employee relations guidance, mobility documentation, onboarding and exit processes, performance management programs, and cross-functional HR initiatives to scale our engineering workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as HRBP/HR Generalist.
• Proficiency with HR systems, analytics and performance tools.
• Knowledge of HR laws and mobility processes.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP teams for TikTok Engineering across HR processes.
• Analyze HR data to improve systems, processes and operations.
• Advise on employee relations and policy compliance.
• Oversee mobility and transfers documentation and processes.
• Support onboarding and conduct exit interviews.
• Coordinate performance management with leaders.
• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and learning programs.
