Job summary

iNova Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Talent & Learning Intern for Jan–June 2027 to support Learning & Development initiatives. You will work with SMEs to design and digitize e-learning content, drive digital content creation, and help tailor LMS reports and user experience.

You will assist in building pre- and post-training workflows, collaborate with Global Communications on internal broadcasts, and contribute to AI agent concepts, testing, and rollout.

Qualifications

• Education: Students majoring in Business, Computer Science, Information System, AI, Technology, or equivalent are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Strong interest in learning technologies, AI, corporate training and upskilling

Responsibilities

Talent & Learning Intern | Jan-June 2027

Job Scope:

1. Learning & Development
   1. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure, design, and digitize e-learning content using available tools.
   2. Drive digital content creation initiatives to meet business needs
   3. Assist in the review and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including report customization and user experience optimization.
   4. Support the development of pre- and post-training workflows and automation using existing platforms.
   5. Partner with Global Communications to create internal broadcasts, emails, and videos for learning events.
2. AI Agent
   Contribute to the conceptualization, testing and rollout of a new AI Agent to enable employee development
3. AI Upskilling & Cultural Activation
   Support the rollout of AI cultural activation to encourage employees to embrace AI in their daily work
4. Ad-Hoc Projects
   1. Contribute to HR process simplification.
   2. Support other ad-hoc tasks related to digital learning, employee development, and user experience.
