Job summary

SGInnovate, a Deep Tech ecosystem builder in Singapore, seeks a Learning & Development professional to design and deliver talent development strategies. You will partner with industry experts, programs, and partners to upskill and reskill professionals within the Deep Tech ecosystem, aligning with business needs and workforce demand analyses.

You will oversee learning operations, manage learning partners, and drive participation in data-driven learning initiatives using tools like Excel,

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and web conferencing tools for training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Learning Partner and Alumni Management: source and onboard learning partners and manage relationships.
• Upskilling & Reskilling: collaborate on masterclasses, e-learning and workshops.
• Operations & Learning Administration: manage records, logistics, and LMS usage.
• Other duties to support team success.

Our Learning Team plays a pivotal role in upskilling and reskilling talent in the Deep Tech Ecosystem. By collaborating with industry experts, we design cutting-edge learning strategies, leadership programs, and data-driven insights to empower professionals. Responsibilities:

1.Learning Partner and Alumni Management

• Identify, source, and onboard high-quality Learning Partners (e.g., Subject Matter Experts, Training Providers, Institutes of Higher Learning).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Learning Partners to ensure alignment with industry needs and engage the alumni community.
• Assess Learning Partner performance and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Build industry networks to gain insights into emerging technology skill gaps.

2. Upskilling & Reskilling Tech Talent

• Monitor industry trends and analyse their impact on workforce skills and learning needs.
• Collaborate with Learning Partners to design and execute learning initiatives such as masterclasses, e-learning programmes, and workshops.
• Work with the marketing team to drive participation in upskilling and reskilling programmes.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative user data to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

3. Operations & Learning Administration

• Implement efficient record‑keeping and database management processes.
• Manage logistics and resource arrangements for learning programmes.
• Oversee the execution of learning administration processes.
• Track and analyse programme take‑up and assess impact.
• Develop and maintain a learning calendar that aligns with business objectives and workforce demand analysis.

4. Other duties as assigned to support the success of the team

Requirements:

• A Diploma/ Degree with relevant experience in Learning and Development and/or Talent Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and adaptability to change.
• A proactive, can‑do attitude with a drive for innovation and improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Web Conferencing Tools for training sessions.
• Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus!
