Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills for regional M&A.
• Interest in M&A and the APAC region with strategic thinking.
• Ability to prepare memos and management presentations.
• Effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor M&A and sector developments across the region.
• Build and update company profiles with strategic/financial data.
• Assist in monthly regional M&A review materials for senior management.
• Support live M&A transaction execution: financial analysis, modeling, memos, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
