Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM, HRD, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Training & Development.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
• Experience in data analytics and summarization of large data into pivot tables with MS Excel will be an advantage.
• Experience in SuccessFactors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer training activities for education programmes, conferences and courses.
• Seek approvals, liaise with coordinators, process training requests and monitor budgets.
• Process payments and capture training records.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative support for learning and development initiatives.
• Update training databases and compile learning statistics and evaluation results, application and recovery of training grants.
