Job summary

The role requires managing the full sponsorship lifecycle, coordinating evaluations, ensuring compliance with LOUs and bonds, and contributing to policy enhancements and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sponsorship administration or L&D experience.
• Proficiency in Excel for budget tracking and data analysis.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage sponsorship lifecycle from application processing to programme completion.
• Coordinate panel reviews and guide awardees through sponsorship journey.
• Oversee comprehensive financial oversight including payment processing and reporting.
• Administer Letters of Undertaking (LOU) and manage employee bonds per policy.
• Support audits, policy improvements and continuous improvement of sponsorship programmes.
