Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus in performance management and career development.
• Keen interest in helping employees develop meaningful careers during their time in the organisation.
• Proactive, independent self-starter with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HR information systems e.g. SAP, HRPS is a plus.
• IHRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement career development frameworks and progression pathways across GRA’s domains and at individual level.
• Develop and curate self-service career resources to empower employees in their professional growth.
• Implement internal postings, secondments, attachments, gigs, projects.
• Support succession planning to build a leadership pipeline and ensure business continuity.
• Manage end-to-end leadership development programmes, e.g. 360-degree feedback and targeted interventions.
• Identify and nurture high-potential talents through customised programmes.
• Plan and implement development programmes such as leadership milestones, overseas conferences, scholarships.
• Oversee annual assessment and development planning, advise on performance-related matters, and review performance processes.
