Job summary

The Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) is hiring a Talent Development Manager in Singapore. You will drive talent development initiatives, focusing on career development, leadership pipeline building, and performance excellence.

You will collaborate with senior management to design and implement programmes that enhance capabilities and retain talent. Responsibilities include creating career frameworks, leading succession planning, and managing leadership development and performance management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience focused on performance management and career development.
Proactive, independent self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
IHRP certification is a plus.
Experience with HR information systems (e.g., SAP, HRPS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement career development frameworks and progression pathways across functional domains and individuals.
Design self-service career resources and internal postings, secondments, attachments, gigs, and projects.
Support succession planning to build a robust leadership pipeline.
Manage end-to-end leadership development programmes and identify high-potential talents.
Lead performance management programmes and oversee annual assessments and development planning.
