Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a creative and collaborative branding professional to lead employer branding initiatives and support recruiting through compelling campaigns. You will plan end-to-end initiatives, craft brochures, videos, and visuals, and ensure messaging aligns with the company identity.

You will manage digital campaigns across social media and career portals, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with career talks and IHL outreach to attract top talent.

Job Responsibilities

• In this role, you will support the end-to-end planning and execution of employer branding initiatives, including the development of creative collaterals such as brochures, videos, and event visuals.
• You will also assist in managing digital campaigns across social media platforms and career portals, ensuring that content is engaging, timely, and aligned with the organisation's brand identity.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various communication channels.
• The role will also involve supporting career talks, outreach programmes, and engagement activities at Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) to build awareness and attract prospective talent.
• Additionally, you will support the preparation and analysis of campaign performance reports using social media analytics tools, providing insights to inform and enhance future employer branding initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Executive position.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player who is also independent, proactive, and resourceful.
• Proficient in creative tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
