• Prior experience in employer branding, HR communications, or content creation preferred
• Proficient in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut
• Strong writing and content creation skills with an eye for visual consistency
• Good analytical skills and ability to work with survey and social media data
• Organised, creative and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Support development and rollout of employer branding guidelines, messaging frameworks, and collateral for integrated campaigns
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to develop outreach materials ensuring visual and communications consistency
• Research and analyse employer branding data, survey results, competitor practices, and employee feedback to inform strategy
• Coordinate key employee experience programmes, including advocacy initiatives, events, and management meetings
• Curate regular newsletters to amplify key employee experience messages
• Conceptualise, develop, and curate engaging content across LinkedIn and Glassdoor; monitor and analyse social media performance
• Produce design and video assets using Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut to support branding and engagement
• Provide administrative support on ad-hoc projects and awards applications

About the Role

You'll work across employer branding, employee experience, and social media - from crafting LinkedIn and Glassdoor content to supporting engagement programmes and networking events.

What You Will Do

Employer Branding

• Support the development and rollout of employer branding guidelines, messaging frameworks, and collateral for integrated campaigns
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to develop outreach materials, ensuring visual and communications consistency
• Research and analyse employer branding data, survey results, competitor practices, and employee feedback to generate insights and inform strategy

Employee Experience

• Support the coordination of key employee experience programmes, including employee advocacy initiatives, cross-sector networking events, and management meetings
• Curate regular newsletters to amplify key employee experience messages

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Conceptualise, develop, and curate engaging content across LinkedIn and Glassdoor, showcasing culture, values, and employee stories
• Monitor and manage social media channels, including analysing performance metrics

Design, Photography & Videography

• Produce design and video assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut to support branding and engagement activities
• Provide administrative support on ad-hoc projects and awards applications
