Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction, Development & Awards to be outsourced to healthcare organisations. You will plan and execute employer branding initiatives and support campaigns across channels.

You will manage digital campaigns, work with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, support career talks at IHLs, and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in employer branding or talent attraction is an advantage.
• Proficient with CapCut and Canva.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to commence work ASAP.
• Able to commit to contract duration until end April 2027.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
• Support career talks and outreach events at Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) to build awareness and interest among prospective talent.
• Support the preparation of campaign performance reports using social media analytics tools to provide insights for future initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 2–4 years of relevant experience.
