Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in employer branding, talent attraction, marketing or digital campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employer branding initiatives end-to-end.
• Create engaging employer branding collaterals (brochures, videos, event visuals).
• Manage digital campaigns across social media and career portals.
• Create and coordinate timely content aligned with the brand identity.
• Coordinate messaging across internal channels with stakeholders.
• Assist in career talks, outreach programmes and engagement events.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
• Provide administrative support for talent attraction initiatives.

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (Contract)

Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Working Hours: 5-day work week, 42 hours per week
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: Immediate commencement until 1 April 2027
Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month
Work Arrangement: On-site, no WFH arrangement

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction, Development & Awards to support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

You will play an important role in creating engaging content, supporting digital campaigns and strengthening the organisation's presence among prospective talent. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who enjoy combining marketing, communications, content creation and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of employer branding initiatives.
• Develop engaging employer branding collaterals including brochures, videos, event visuals and other marketing materials.
• Assist in managing digital campaigns across social media platforms and career portals.
• Create and coordinate engaging content that is timely and aligned with the organisation's brand identity.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across communication channels.
• Support career talks, outreach programmes and engagement events at Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs).
• Assist in initiatives to build awareness and interest among prospective talent.
• Track and monitor campaign performance using social media analytics tools.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and provide insights to support future employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for talent attraction, development and awards initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in employer branding, talent attraction, marketing, communications or digital campaigns will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Canva and CapCut.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
