Job summary

SILTRONIC SILICON WAFER PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding in a Singapore-based role.

You will develop strategies with hiring teams, coordinate with agencies and drive high-volume hiring to meet business priorities. Applicants should have at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, a degree/diploma in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in high-volume hiring and knowledge of Singapore employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies through portals, agencies and career fairs.
• Screen, interview, and present applicants to hiring managers; conduct reference checks.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and provide interview training when required.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention.
