Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and qualification criteria. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, and drive the onboarding of new hires, while maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline; mentorship will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Execute business development, managing stakeholders and business proposals.
• Devise strategic planning and manage projects deliverables.
• Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain HR databases, leave records and employee files.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage job offers and onboard new hires.
• Keep hiring managers and HR informed of recruitment status.
