You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, foster long-term relationships, and energetically promote the American Express brand. Collaboration with the team and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Focus on delivering excellent candidate and hiring leader experience.
• Self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Mandarin language ability is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume environments and ability to multitask.
• Proactive in sharing ideas with the team.

You will execute the recruiting process to acquire the best talent with speed and quality. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the American Express brand.

• 5+ years of experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Hyper focus on creating an excellent candidate and hiring leader experience
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to communicate conversationally in Mandarin is preferred
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
• Comfortable collaborating and bringing ideas to the attention of the whole team
