Vocalbeats.AI Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Singapore and select overseas roles. You will partner with hiring managers to craft effective strategies and build local pipelines through platforms, agencies, and universities.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in recruitment, strong communication and problem-solving, and fluency in English and Chinese to support a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience in Singapore.
• Good understanding of local employment practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• English and Chinese proficiency, with Chinese as working language.
• Experience in tech, internet, or fast-growing international company preferred.

What will your role be:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Singapore and selected overseas roles, including sourcing, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build local talent pipelines through recruitment platforms, agencies, universities, and industry networks.
• Support local HR projects, employer branding initiatives, and other operational matters as needed.

What an ideal candidate means to us:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong end-to-­end recruitment experience and familiarity with the Singapore talent market.
• Good understanding of local employment practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use Chinese as a working language.
• Experience in a technology, internet, or fast-growing international company is preferred.
