Job summary

EPOS Singapore, a fintech-oriented POS solutions provider, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and employer branding while collaborating with hiring managers in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and assist in initial candidate outreach and coordination
• Coordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content and talent market research
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersAssist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition
• Provide support for ad‑hoc recruitment and HR projects as assigned

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and gain practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
