Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our team of consultants, grow the business, and ensure our hiring work is done properly and fairly.

You will coach and develop the team, set targets, monitor pipelines, win new business with key clients, and ensure compliance with MOM requirements.

Office-based at New Tech Park with a 5-day week (Mon-Fri, 10:00–18:00), annual leave, medical benefits and CPF; onboarding and on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• At least 7 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years managing a team.
• Track record of winning new business and growing revenue.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Agencies Act, MOM requirements and TAFEP guidelines.
• EA Personnel registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of consultants and officers.
• Set team targets, track results and review pipelines regularly.
• Bring in new business and look after key clients.
• Set up team processes, training and service standards.
• Make sure the team follows MOM and employment agency rules.
• Report team results and market updates to management.
