A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 1-year contract. Job description

Duration: 1 year

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand demand and to define the most appropriate recruiting strategy based on the specific role and business needs.
  • Partner with right agencies / vendors to facilitate hiring processes
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment coordination process, including interview scheduling (in-person, phone, and video), preparation of offer proposals, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage CV and candidate information updates across internal systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment and hiring activities
  • Assist in recruitment and HR-related reporting and process improvements
  • Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives such as onboarding experience enhancements, employer branding activities, or internal process reviews
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
