Qualifications

• Training will be provided to all hires.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through internal databases, applications, referrals, networking, job portals and social media.
• Craft compelling job advertisements to attract the right talent.
• Screen and interview candidates by phone and in person.
• Prepare candidates for interview and follow up through every stage of the process.
• Develop understanding of each role and job requirements before presenting candidates to clients.
• Conduct reference checks; manage interview processes and salary negotiations.
