MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated recruitment consultant in Jurong East to source candidates, craft effective job advertisements, and conduct telephone and in-person interviews.

You will screen and prepare candidates for interviews, understand each role, and coordinate salary negotiations with clients. Training is provided, and top performers enjoy uncapped commissions, overseas trips, and vibrant company events as part of a clear path for career growth.

Formación

• Training will be provided to all hires.
• Candidate should be sales-driven and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source suitable candidates through internal databases, applications, referrals, networking, job portals and social media.
• Craft compelling job advertisements to attract the right talent.
• Screen and interview candidates by phone and in person.
• Prepare candidates for interview and follow up through every stage of the process.
• Develop understanding of each role and job requirements before presenting candidates to clients.
• Conduct reference checks; manage interview processes and salary negotiations.
