Job summary

Re Source Partners is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for robotics and engineering roles across Singapore and Malaysia. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen engineers, and manage offers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience in engineering/technical recruiting and familiarity with Singapore and Malaysia markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting engineering/technical roles preferred (robotics, automation, manufacturing).
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting across Singapore and Malaysia and understanding local markets.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
