Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR/psychology/business/communications (ongoing or recent)
• Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy; internship is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable in international, tech-driven environment
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for overseas coordination

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for tech roles
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local boards)
• Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback
• Maintain data in ATS (Greenhouse/Lever)
• Support market mapping and competitor research for hiring strategies
• Contribute to employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• Suggest process improvements based on observations
