Job summary

Binance seeks a recruitment coordinator to assist sourcing and screening candidates for non-tech roles across an international team. You will manage job postings, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain ATS data, including Greenhouse/Lever integrations.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, contribute to market mapping and employer branding, and participate in weekly syncs. Remote-first role with opportunities for growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Interest in recruitment or talent strategy; internship is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across non-tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.
