Job summary

Tescom Singapore is seeking an IT Recruiter to design and update job descriptions, source candidates through multiple channels, and craft engaging recruitment emails. The role involves screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating tests and offers. You will also monitor HR metrics and support onboarding for new hires.

Requires at least 2 years in IT recruitment and a diploma or bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience recruiting in Information Technology industry.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/Administrative or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Employment Law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone and in-person).
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Participate in job fairs.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers;
• Update Candidate database on a regular basis.
